When Everything Turns to Garbage

I recall promising, in my very post on this blog, that I would share some of my fiction with you at some point. Obviously that has yet to happen. The problem is two-fold; first of all, I do the overwhelming majority of my writing on paper with a pencil. For poetry, this isn’t a problem, as poems tend to be short enough that I can type them up without much difficulty; for fiction, I tend to find typing to be a tedious exercise (although entirely necessarily, if I am ever to have a prayer of getting absolutely anything published).

The other problem is that I have an annoying tendancy of suddenly deciding that whatever I write is complete garbage shortly after I finish it (or, far worse, midway through the writing of it.

Perhaps I shall put something up at some point and let it stand for itself.
